Outlook, but not in their MSCRM My Activities.Whether you need to buy a bottle of milk on the way home or complete the project proposal at work, our life consists of tasks. When speaking to the other Members of the Team, the Task is reflected in their This Task no longer shows in MSCRM in My Activities now that it has been reassigned to the Team, but still remains in my Outlook. Then I went into MSCRM to My Activities and assigned the Task to a Team that was created in MSCRM where IĪm the Administrator and a Member. When I created the Task in Outlook and set it regarding in MSCRM, it remained in my Outlook and was also reflected in MSCRM in My Activities. Where as the Task is still reflected in my Outlook, :) However, I appear to be having the opposite reaction within the system that you are. My apologies, that meant to say a Team I created in MSCRM, not Outlook. Has anyone be able to find a solution to this problem? When the Task was only assigned to me, it showed up in both places. I also checked to ensure that my Outlook Filters include syncronizing My Tasks between MSCRM and Outlook, which they do. Task disappeared from my MSCRM "Activities" listing under "My Work", but still remains in my Outlook Task Listing as "tracked" in MSCRM. The Team consists of myself as the Administrator and a Member as well as 2 IT professionals within my Organization. However, the difference lies in when I assigned the Task to a Team I created within Outlook. At that time it was both visible in Outlook as well as in my "Activities" within MSCRM. I also created the Task within Outlook and "tracked" in MSCRM. I tried to replicate your problem however, I had different results.
